Access to
Round Island in Poole Harbour
|
The
Caretakers, David and Dawn, live on the Island and will transport
you to Round Island from Poole Quay on our launch (named "Arripay"
after a smuggler reputed to have lived on the Island!). They
will also take you ashore for shopping or sightseeing, if
required, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, subject to local
conditions.
Your
own boat is welcome and we have safe moorings and berths for
vessels up to 40 ft. |
