TERMS FOR 2010

Payment is 25% with reservation, and the balance is due 2 weeks before arrival on Round Island.

Low occupancy discount of 15% for parties of less than 4 persons for weekly holidays.

Short breaks available from Tuesday to Friday or Saturday to Tuesday. Rates 50% of weekly tariff. However, no short breaks are available in July or August.

We are not responsible for any loss, expense, damage, injury, accident or inconvenience, howsoever caused, to any person hiring accommodation or any member of that person's family or party.

The Cottage is available from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival until 10.00am on the day of departure subject to suitability of tides.

Conditions of Booking

The Hirers agree:

1.To leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition, and confirm that they and all of them individually will be responsible for reimbursing Round Island Cottages the entire cost of making good any damage caused to the accommodation and/or effects within.

2.To give Round Island Cottages a list of the people who will be staying at the Cottage, including children.

3.To register the names of any daily visitors, for whom we are unable to supply transportation, with the caretakers. We are unable to accommodate any nightly visitors whose names are not on the Booking Form. Numbers of visitors must not exceed 6 persons in 'Curlew' Cottage and 8 persons in 'Sandpiper' Cottage.
