Prices are per cottage per night
Minimum stay is 4 nights
Payment is 30% with reservation and is non-refundable.The balance is due 4 weeks before arrival on Round Island. Please make cheques payable to 'Round Island Cottages'.
We are not responsible for any loss, expense, damage, injury, accident or inconvenience, howsoever caused, to any person hiring accommodation or any member of that person's family or party.
We do not accept bookings from single sex groups, (ie Stag and Hen parties)
The Cottage is available from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival until 10.00am on the day of departure subject to suitability of tides.
Conditions of Booking
The Hirers agree:

To leave the accomodation in a clean and tidy condition, and confirm that they and all of them individually will be responsible for reimbursing Round Island Cottages the entire cost of making good any damage caused to the accommodation and/or effects within.

To give Round Island Cottages a list of the people who will be staying at the Cottage, including children.

Our holiday cottages and boat transport are only for holiday use and must not be used for commercial purposes. No sub-letting of holiday cottages is permitted.

We regret we are unable to accept day visitors.
